  We ordered a pizza for 4 kids for dinner after going to the Ren fair at 10p. And hour and a half later. The pizza still had nit shown up. By that time the kids had all fallen asleep.
  
  There service sucks!! The manager was not helpful or courteous and had an attitude she felt we had no reason to be upset that after an hour and a half we STILL didn't have our pizza (which we had prepaid for with a credit card when we ordered) they are a disgrace to the franchise. Never even called 5o let us know it was going to be longer.

  Bad. It's hard to believe that this is one of the most popular pizzas in the country. Never has a slogan been more patently false. Better ingredients?? Compared to the ingredients used by any good pizza chef, this is horrible. The sauce is way too thick and heavy, not like the juicy, more fluid type you'd get from a good pizza. The cheese reminds me of rubber. Just looking at it you can see how cheap and counterfeit it is.
  
  Price wise, it is way more expensive than the local pizza in my town, which is much higher quality. A large 1 topping pizza at Papa John's is about 2 dollars more than a large pizza around here.

  Ordered 2 pizzas from here got home realized one was made wrong took it back they made me a replacement pizza correctly as well as gave me a coupon for a future pizza for free they are good in here and I do recommend them
